What's a good ROAS for e-commerce?+
A healthy e-commerce ROAS typically sits between 500% and 1200%, strongly depending on your product margins, average order value, and customer lifetime value. Low-margin products require higher ROAS targets (800%+), while high-margin products can be profitable from 300-400% ROAS. We focus not only on ROAS but on profitable growth (POAS - Profit On Ad Spend).
What is Performance Max and why does it matter for webshops?+
Performance Max is Google's AI-driven campaign type that automatically advertises across all Google channels: Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Gmail and Discover. For e-commerce this is critical because machine learning reaches the right customer at the right moment. With the right feed, asset groups and signals, Performance Max often delivers 30-50% more conversions than traditional Shopping campaigns.
Which e-commerce platforms do you support?+
We work with all major platforms: Shopify (Plus), WooCommerce, Magento (Adobe Commerce), Lightspeed, BigCommerce, PrestaShop and custom-built stores. We have extensive experience with feed integrations via Channable, DataFeedWatch, GoDataFeed and direct API connections to Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog and Microsoft Advertising.
What's the minimum ad budget to get started?+
We work from €2,000 media spend per month. Below this level it's hard to give Google's algorithm enough data to optimise effectively. For competitive niches (fashion, electronics, B2B) we recommend a minimum of €5,000-€10,000/month. Management fees come on top and depend on complexity and number of markets.
How quickly will we see results?+
The first week campaigns are in the learning phase and we mainly see test data. Between week 2 and 4 Google's algorithm starts recognising patterns and we see the first optimisations. Significant improvements in ROAS and conversion volume typically arrive after 4-6 weeks. For maximum scaling and stable growth we plan a 3-month horizon.
Can you manage international shopping feeds?+
Yes, we manage multi-country and multi-language feeds with automated translations, local currencies, local shipping costs and country-specific product attributes (GTIN, taxonomy, size systems). We have expansion experience across Germany, Belgium, France, UK, Scandinavia and the US. Feed, bidding strategy and audiences are tuned per market.
Do you also run Amazon Advertising?+
We focus primarily on Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads. For Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and DSP we work with specialised Amazon partners from our network. For clients who want to scale multi-channel we can coordinate the full track including feed management, attribution and cross-channel reporting.
